Control action

-PID control (with AT function):
If AT continues after error assessment time has passed (after AT starting), AT stops.
PID values for the channel of which AT has stopped, will revert to the value before AT is performed.
-PI control: When derivative time is set to 0
-PD control (With Auto-reset function): When integral time is set to 0
-P control (With Auto-reset function): When integral and derivative time are set to 0
-ON/OFF control: When proportional band is set to 0.

-Proportional band (P): 0-50 or 0-100
(When 4-digit is selected: 0.0-50.0 or 0.0 -100.0)
-Integral time (I): 0-1000sec (Setting to 0 disables the function.)

Integral computation
initial setting function
When control starts, optimum value of integral computation will be set as an initial value, based on the MV when control is stable.
Control ON
timing
asynchronous function
Prevents control output to be turned ON simultaneously.
During control, multiple channel outputs may be turned ON at one time, however, this function prevents their outputs to be turned ON synchronously.
Oil temperature control If Ch8 proportional band is set to 0, and if Direct action is selected during Direct/Reverse action selection, Ch8 will become oil temperature control.
(Default: Oil temperature control)
CH8 will become "Control allowed" status regardless of External input 1, DIP switches (SW201-SW203) and Control OUT/OFF selection.
Heater keep-warm control If External input 6 is turned ON (Closed), control is performed at Heater keep-warm value (common setting 100 or 212 to Ch1-Ch20).
SV and communication data will also become 100 or 212.
However, if Ch8 is assigned to oil temperature control (when Direct action is selected from Direct/Reverse action, and proportional band is set to 0), Heater keep-warm control is not available for Ch8.

Standard functions
Temperature alarm

High/Low limit temperature alarm action (Low limit alarm with standby)
(For CH8, only High limit alarm is available if it is for oil temperature control.)
-Action:
Alarm output is turned ON if one or more channel alarms are activated from Ch1 to Ch20.
If SV is changed, or if usual control/keep-warm control is switched, the unit returns to standby status again.
Alarm function will be disabled if Control output OUT/OFF is selected or if External input 1 or 2 is OFF (Control Prohibited).

ON (Closed): Ch4, Ch5 are subject to Block B, and are operated under External input 2.
-External input 4:
ON (Closed): Ch6, Ch7 are subject to Block B, and are operated under External input 2.
-External input 5:
ON (Closed): Ch19, Ch20 are subject to Block A, and are operated under External input 1.
-External input 6:
ON (Closed): Performs Heater keep-warm control. However, if Ch8 is for oil temperature control, Heater "Keep-Warm" option is not available for Ch8.
